You are probably know Dr. Ken Blanchard, a leadership development icon, and the creator of SLIIⓇ, the world’s most widely used leadership training program. At People Focus Consulting (PFC), we’re proud to be the sole licensed partner in Japan offering Blanchard training programs.

Ken Blanchard's book, Empowerment Takes More Than a Minute, is a well-known favorite worldwide, and Japan is no exception. The Japanese translation has been popular for years, and now, a new manga-style graphic novel version has been released, generating a lot of buzz.



The book release was managed by PFC’s Blanchard Division (Blanchard Japan), and to celebrate, we’re offering a free Empowerment Starter Kit (available in both English and Japanese) to all of our clients.
